We can work with you to develop a design that suites your needs now and into the future. We can manage your design through the development and permit process ensuring a smooth start to the build.

Our Designers' experience and our experience actually working on the tools result in a well thought out approach that reflects your design requirements. As Project Managers we understand the intent of the resulting design and specification and execute the build in a way that meets that intent.

If you already have a design and specifications (the construction documents) we are happy to review them and develop a project plan and budget to manage to.

Either way, the project plan we develop along with the design and work specifications are the road map we use to communicate with you and our trades.

Construction & Commissioning:

Anyone can bang nails and drill holes. With over 50 years of collective experience in our site leads and project management team we bring an understanding of the dependencies and accuracy required to exceed the expectations of our discerning clients.

You expect a certain level of professionalism and service. The projects we choose are complex. As a result our on site leads are chosen not only for their experience and skill, but also for their ability to communicate and problem solve.

Similarly, we pick our subtrades based on their transparency, communcation and professionalism. We continually monitor them using the metrics we use to measure ourselves. We focus on quality, safety, schedule, budget and site tidiness. You have high expectations, so do we.

We are a process driven company. Every project follows the same safety, quality and documentation procedures. This is very apparent during construction because we use the design, specifications, work schedule and our meeting agendas to communicate and measure progress, identify any issues that may arise and keep you informed of any decisions that need to occur.
